Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus today directed the field administration to play an active role in making the objectives and activities of the Interim Government successful.
“The field-level administration is the real government,” he made the remarks during a virtual exchange of views with the field administration from the office of the Chief Adviser on Monday (December 30) morning.
The Chief Adviser said that the Interim Government is working to ensure the rights of everyone. Therefore, those concerned must be focused on completing various projects at the field level within the stipulated time.
He also said that those involved in various crimes by the police will definitely be brought to justice. He also directed to distribution of books among students in a disciplined manner at the beginning of the new academic year.
Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners (DCs) of all divisions including Dhaka participated in the consultation meeting from their respective offices.
