Two throat-slit bodies recovered from Gulshan

Police recovered throat-slit bodies of two unidentified persons from a tea stall in Dhaka's Gulshan area today.

Their bodies were recovered a little after 12 noon on Saturday.

Their bodies were recovered from Plot No. 21 of Road No. 108 in Gulshan. Police said the bodies had multiple injuries. They are believed to have been hacked to death.

Touhid Ahmed, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Gulshan police station identified them and said, Gulshan Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Tauhid Ahmed identified them and said that one of them is Rafiq, 62 years old. Another person's name is Sabbir, aged 15 years.

Tauhid Ahmed also said that Rafiq's house is in Barishal and Sabbir's house is in Mymensingh. Efforts are on to find out their details identity and the reason behind the murder.

The condition report of the two bodies is being prepared after the legal process, the bodies will be sent to the morgue for post-mortem examinations.
