Latifur Rahman Laid to rest his daughter

Latifur Rahman breathed his last in Chauddagram, Cumilla at 11:30 on Wednesday morning. He was 75. Following his death, officials of his Transcom Group, Eskayef and Mediastar Limited went there. Later, his body was brought to Dhaka by ambulance. It reached his Dhaka home around 8:30pm and his body was kept there for 25 minutes. It was later taken to Azad Masjid in Gulshan where his namaz-e-janaza was held around 9:30pm.

Before the namaz-e-janaza, his grandson Zaraif Ayaat Hossain said, “Four years ago on this day, my younger brother died. My grandfather passed away on the same day. He was an honest and ethical businessman. Please pray for him.”
