The family members of the schoolboy shot dead by the Indian Border Security Force along the border in Dinajpur on Wednesday have yet to receive his body.
Minhaz, 18, son of Jahangir Hossain of Khanpur Bhitarpara village in Dinajpur, was shot dead while two others suffered bullet wounds by some members of the BSF in the Dainur border area on Wednesday night.
According to Minhaz’s family, BGB Khanpur border outpost collected all the relevant information, including the teen’s pictures, on Friday afternoon. It will be sent to the BSF authorities to start the body repatriation process.
Earlier, BGB official Akhtar Hossain said a flag meeting would be held soon to bring back the body.
