Attorney General Advocate Abu Mohammad Amin Uddin resigned on Wednesday.
Appointed by the law ministry in October 2020, Amin Uddin served as the 16th attorney general of Bangladesh, after the position became vacant on September 27 of that year following the death of Attorney General Mahbubey Alam due to Covid-19.
Amin Uddin previously also served as president and secretary of the Supreme Court Bar Association.
