Rapid Action Battalion (RAB -15) held two illegal drug peddlers with 9600 piece of yaba on 4th August from Palongkhali union in Ukhia Sub-district Under Cox's Bazar district.
The arrestees are identified as Zafor Alom son of Md. Alom, Mochar Khola of Palongkhali Union and Md Zonaed son of Abu Taher, Farir bil of same union.
In a prees release RAB said, On a secret information, It had driven an operation at Palongkhali Bazar area located near Cox'sBazar - Teknaf highway. Sensing the presence of RAB personnel some drug peddlers were trying to escape. At one stage the two had been arrested.
Having taken necessary legal action, the arrestees have been given to Ukhia Police station.
