Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) vows to continue production amid the coronavirus outbreak to ensure the supply of medicines and essentials following government instructions.
A press release signed by BSCIC Chairman Md Mushtaq Hasan on Saturday, said BSCIC will continue their work following the 18 directives issued by Prime Minister Office.
It also said, following all the coronavirus health guidelines and maintaining hygiene in the industrial area, BSCIC will continue to produce the essential goods, agricultural products, and essential medicines.
The press release also added that 50 percent of employees will work at the office and a central monitoring committee will observe the activities of all industries under BSCIC.
