A complaint of disappearance has been filed for the first time against Sheikh Hasina in the International Criminal Tribunal (ICT) following the case of taking a businessman and torturing him in the 'DB Office' for 10 days.

The complaint was filed by the victim himself on Monday (September 23).

At the same time, all the cases of disappearances during the Awami League government have been investigated.

Meanwhile, a victim's uncle has filed a complaint with the International Criminal Tribunal for the shooting of student Asahabul Yamin at the Pakija intersection in Savar and throwing him out of the APC van.

78 people including Sheikh Hasina and Obaidul Quader have been accused there.
