ATMs of most banks across country are closed due to lack of security. Apart from this, due to political change, all branches of the bank were not opened. Due to these reasons, people are facing cash shortage.
 

It is known that most of the ATMs in the country provide money through third parties. This third party service is closed due to changing circumstances. Because of this, there is a shortage of cash in most of the ATMs. Therefore, the ATM services of most banks across the country have been closed.

On Saturday, several ATM booths of One Bank, Mercantile Bank, AB Bank and Exim Bank in Karwan Bazar area were found to be closed. ATM booths in different areas of Bank Asia are also closed.

In the current situation, many banks and ATMs don't want to take the risk of money transfer. Again, cash is not available from Bangladesh Bank as per demand.
