The HSC and equivalent examinations which were scheduled to be held as per routine till August 11, have been postponed.
This information was informed in the circular signed by Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar, Chairman of Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and Chairman of Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board on Thursday (August 1).
Due to unavoidable reasons, all the board exams to be held from August 4 have been postponed. From August 11, the postponed exams will start according to the new schedule.
According to the notification, the new schedule of the postponed exams will be announced later through a notification. It is specifically requested to take necessary action in this regard.
Earlier, due to the circumstances surrounding the quota reform movement, the HSC examination on July 18 was postponed. As the situation worsened, all the exams on 21, 23 and 25 July were postponed. In the third phase, all the examinations scheduled from July 28 to August 1 were postponed. HSC and equivalent exams started on June 30.
