The 42nd Special Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) viva examination, which was earlier postponed due to Covid-19, will begin on June 6.
Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) published the new schedule on Monday saying that the viva voce will continue till July 13.
Nur Ahmad, controller of the BPSC, signed the press notification on Monday, according to media report.
The 42nd Special BCS was announced last year to recruit 2,000 physicians in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
Some 31,000 doctors took part in the preliminary exam (written type) held on February 26. And the results were published on March 29, after one month of the exam. A total of 6,022 candidates came out successful in the examination.
