Gono Forum politician and Sylhet 2 MP Mokabbir Khan has been admitted to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka on Monday afternoon with breathing problem.

Gono Forum Executive President Subrata Chowdhury confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune.

“Mokabbir Khan was scheduled to give a speech to the parliament today. He was taken to CMH as he had shortness of breath,” Subrata said.

“He gave his sample for a Covid-19 test, but the result has not come back yet,” he added.

Mokabbir was taken to CMH from his home, Subrata mentioned.
