General holidays for people of red-yellow zones

The government has declared general holidays for the people of red and yellow zones in a bid to check the spread of coronavirus infection in the country.

In the present coronavirus situation, the government has divided different areas into red, yellow and green zones so that the spread of coronavirus can be checked.
As per the information published in media, people from green zones will have to go to their respective offices on a limited scale like countrymen have started to going offices from May 31 following government instructions.

Until further notice, people from green zones will perform their duties at their workplaces from June 16 to June 30.

According to a notification issued by cabinet division, offices of military or non-military government, government, semi-government, autonomous, semi-autonomous and private organisations located in red and yellow zones and officials of those departments living in red and yellow zones will be on general holiday.
