All the educational institutions of the country will remain closed till 14 November, as a part of preventing the spread of coronavirus.
"The government will take initiative to open all the educational institutes on a limited scale," Education Minister Dipu Moni said during a briefing today.
Earlier on 16 March, the Ministry of Education issued a press release regarding the government decision of closing all educational institutions and coaching centres from 18-31 March, considering the safety of the students amid the global pandemic.
Later the closure was extended by the ministry several times. Starting with the extension till 9 April, then came respectively 25 April, 5 May, 30 May, 6 August, 31 August and 3 October.
Lastly, on 1 October, school closure was extended till 31 October.
