Ekushey Award winner noted actor Abul Hayat will turn into 77 today.
Abut Hayat informed that this year he has no plan to celebrate the day for two reasons. Firstly, his elder daughter Bipasha Hayat along with husband Taukir Ahmed and their children are now staying abroad.
Secondly, He will not arrange any programme due to coronavirus pandemic. But his younger daughter Natasha’s daughter Shrisha’s birthday is on same day. So, I will pass the day with her.
While talking about his birthday Abul Hayat said, “Due to corona, the world and its people are passing tough time now. But people are also doing their works for their survival. Having risk I also took part in shooting two days ago.
As Taukir-Bipasha and their children are not here, so I have no excitement about my birthday. My granddaughter Srisha’s birthday is on this day. So, I will pass the day joyfully with her. Everybody pray for me.”
The actor said that last December he made a play titled Time Bank based on own written story where his granddaughter Srisha also acted. He is also acting in Tauqir directed Channel i’s ongoing serial Rupali Joshnai.
He has also finished dubbing of government-grant movie Raat Jaga Phul. During lockdown, he also wrote two theatre plays. Therefore, he also wrote a novel and a story for a drama serial, which will be directed by other. He has also finished shooting of Chayanika Chowdhury’s a special drama for upcoming Puja, he also said.
